  1. People on average use about 12 personal care products each day, exposing themselves to hundreds of chemicals. Some are fine, but some- in certain doses- are toxic and have been linked to cancer and endocrine disruption, which can cause fertility problems. Plus, some are bad for the planet.  Our definition of clean means good for you and the planet.

  2.  Skin is the largest organ of your body. What we put in and on our bodies impacts our health, confidence, and overall well-being.

  3. The US is behind the rest of the world in regulation. New personal care regulation has not been passed in over 80, years. Don’t feel overwhelmed and panicked. We are going to break this down to the key ones you should look out for.  Just because over 1,000 ingredients are not banned does not mean they are still in the products you buy. We promise not to greenwash you or create fear when there is no scientific evidence that things are actually bad for you.

  4. Toxic chemicals in the ocean, plastic. packaging in landfills and animal testing. Look for companies that invest sustainability with cleaner ingredients, recyclable and minimal packaging.
