Chad Fuller is one of our most ambitious EVER Independent Specialists. He is a top leader and a trailblazer as the first male Specialist to join our growing field. Chad believes in the potential for EVER to change the game; he’s committed to sharing the transformative and good-for-you products, he’s putting in the work for the financial opportunity, and he’s uplifting the team that surrounds him. Here’s what he had to say when we caught up with him.
What inspired you to become an EVER Independent Specialist?
I was inspired by the ground floor opportunity of a new brand, a new business within the Stella and Dot Family Brands. I wanted to be part of something game-changing, that would become global, and that would change the face of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Initially, I wasn’t very interested in skincare and beauty - not a surprise as many men aren’t. But my wife and I are really passionate about healthy living, and that’s where I make the connection. We also own a gym, so helping people with lifestyle transformation is a big passion of mine. Healthy, clear, beautiful skin is an extension of that “body transformation” for a lot of people. Being more healthy, feeling and looking your best improves self-confidence and I LOVE that part of our business! Also, I want to be taking good care of the biggest organ on my body, my skin, by using products I know are good for me.
I’m the only male Specialist, as far as I’m aware, but truly I am like many other Specialists in our bold community. It just made sense to take the leap of faith and leave a lucrative career in the technology industry to pursue EVER. There’s no way I would have chosen this path if I didn’t strongly believe in this company, the product, the mission. I want to help build something on a large scale and share the product and opportunity with so many people. I’m passionate about helping people around me live healthier lives in which they feel good about themselves. I get to do that through EVER.
What’s your next big goal and how are you going to achieve it?
My next big goal is to become a Platinum Director - I plan to build a 7 figure salary through this career! My next short term goal is to become a Star Director. I’m going to achieve this by developing leaders in this organization - that’s how you unlock the keys of compensation in this model and it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning! By helping the Specialists on my team to grow their own teams, they win, and so do I! It's truly the best business model I have ever seen. And I have seen the power of the model first hand!
What has been your experience with the EVER Transformation and what does that mean to you?
From personal and professional perspective, it’s been a real learning curve, working with a couple thousand women. One unexpected transformation I’ve experienced is that I learned to develop team building and leadership skills that resonated more with women. I think women are innately more able to connect with others, and give recognition and kudos without thinking twice. I’ve had to develop skills and a practice to do this, and have found that it really uplifts and motivates my team members, while fostering a supportive environment. I’m aware of how important this is, so I now include recognitions in my schedule every week.
Also, I’m not the most creative or crafty person, but now, I’ve become more aesthetic-minded when I set up displays, or send out samples to people. Presentation is so important in what we do and I pay attention to the little details that I would have missed before becoming a Specialist.
As far as my skin goes, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments about how healthy my skin looks, and I feel good about what I’m putting on my skin.
If you were stuck on a desert island with only one EVER product, which one would it be, and why?
DAYLIGHT Radiance Moisturizer SPF 20. This SPF is so kick ass!
